Yes, we can connect electricity to your container should you require it for your trade or work. This is available to those who rent outside workshop containers. There is a fee for this installation and a meter will be installed.

One months notice is required, we just ask you to inform us at the earliest once you know when you are leaving, please note we do not refund part weeks, only full weeks.

No, we do not include padlocks in our pricing. We do sell padlocks in our office or you can supply your own.

Insurance is not included. You must insure your own goods but we have partnered with reputable insurance companies who specialise in the Storage sector, we will be happy to help on this.

Yes, we do we give a discount for payments made in advance for 6 and 12 months.

We offer a variety of sizes starting from 35 Square foot boxes to 40ft containers and 4000sq ft units. We also store motorbikes, cars, trailers, trucks and more!

Currently all our containers are on the ground floor. This is a prime time for tradesmen who would require a ground floor workshop container. As soon as they are all rented we will move up to 1st floor containers, our staff will forklift your goods up to the first floor should you require it.

Our facility is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for those with outside containers. Our office is open from 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9:30 to 4pm and 9:30am. On site staff are available office hours only.

We don’t require any deposits we just require one months rent to pay in advance.

We have no minimum contract term, we will only offer refunds on full unused weeks.

Yes we do. We offer a postal service with a “suite” address for your container, this also includes parcels and other deliveries that may be necessary for the daily running of your business. There is a charge for this service. Please ask for more information.
